Coaching Only: Our Services provide educational and motivational weight-loss and life-coaching support. We are not medical professionals, dietitians, or licensed therapists.
No Medical Advice: The Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Individual Results Vary: We do not guarantee any specific weight loss, fitness, or health outcome.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Disclose any medical conditions relevant to coaching participation.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Seek medical clearance before starting any weight-loss, exercise, or dietary program.
Follow all safety instructions and respect session guidelines.
5. Fees, Payments, & Cancellations
Payment:
All fees are due as stated at booking.
Refunds: Unless otherwise required by California law, fees are non-refundable except where a written guarantee or trial period is specified.
Late or Missed Sessions: Sessions canceled with less than [X] hours’ notice may be forfeited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
We do not assume responsibility for actions you take based on coaching recommendations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws.

California Business & Professions Code § 2053.5 & § 2053.6 (regarding non-licensed health-related services).
